Refund Policy
WEBINARS
All webinars are non-refundable.
ONLINE WORKSHOPS
All online workshops are non-refundable.
COACHING PROGRAMS
Any coaching programs, follow up sessions or 1:1 sessions are non-refundable.
EVENTS
Once a registration of a participant has been completed, any EVENT that includes a workshop/webinar/presentation/seminar/conference (in-person or online) organized by Julie Romanowski of www.julieromanowski.com is non-refundable.
In any event the registered person(s) are not able to attend, that person is responsible for making their own arrangements to give the ticket to someone else and notify www.julieromanowski.com of any changes to their registration details. No refunds will be given if the registered person(s) are not able to attend due to their own personal circumstances and the workshop/webinar/presentation/seminar/conference takes place.
The only time a refund will be given if there is a cancellation due to *extreme circumstances and all other measures (see below) have been exhausted and achieved no positive outcome with in 12 months of the original date. The alternatives are as follows (and in no particular order):
1.) webinar (live online)
2.) pre-recording of the workshop (online)
3.) re-schedule of date/time/location
4.) refund as decided and agreed upon by Julie Romanowski.
Cancellation may be due to *extreme circumstances that involves the presenter to not be able to do the arranged workshop/webinar/presentation/seminar/conference.
*Extreme circumstances would include sever weather conditions, power outage, natural disaster, pandemics, personal or family emergencies, death, illness, unsafe environmental situations and/or the mental health or well-being of the individuals involved.
