Tantrums, Stress + Anxiety Program
Cool Down The Meltdown
Behaviour is communication and children express this in a variety of creative ways to get their message across. However, if the message is not heard, stress can increase for that child making it difficult for them to cope which can make the situation much more challenging. In this program, we will discuss how stress impacts a child’s ability to express themselves, why tantrums happen and how we can provide opportunities to help support dysregulated children in order for them to be able to control themselves better and communicate more clearly. Suitable for parents, educators, teachers and caregivers.
